Shipping Destinations

We Ship To:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • European Union (all EU member countries)
  • Australia
  • Select Asian Countries

Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to PO boxes for certain large items
  • Some products have shipping restrictions based on local regulations
  • Remote or rural areas may have extended delivery times
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain locations

Processing Time

Standard Processing:

  • 3-5 business days for most orders
  • Processing begins after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays process next business day

Extended Processing:

  • 5-7 business days for custom or made-to-order items
  • 5-10 business days during peak seasons (holidays)
  • You’ll be notified if extended processing is required

Order Cut-Off:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same business day (subject to availability)
  • Orders after 2:00 PM EST ship next business day

Shipping Methods & Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • The delivery time is between 10 to 20 days.
  • The shipping cost depends on the order value, it starts from $6.99.

Free Shipping:

  • Promotional free shipping offers announced on website

International Shipping

  • The delivery time is between 10 to 25 days.
  • The shipping cost depends on the order value, it starts from $10.99.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on order value and destination
  • International delivery times are estimates and subject to customs processing
  • Expedited international shipping available at checkout

Order Tracking

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking number emailed within 24-48 hours of shipment
  • Track via carrier website or order confirmation email link
  • Most orders trackable in real-time

No Tracking Received?

  • Wait 48 hours after order confirmation
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Contact us at contact@petzvibes.com with order number

Delivery

Signature Requirements:

  • Standard shipping: No signature required
  • Orders over $200: Signature may be required

Delivery Locations:

  • Residential and commercial addresses accepted
  • Items left at door unless signature required
  • Carrier may leave package with neighbor or front desk

Address Accuracy:

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

  • Verify address before completing order
  • We cannot change address after order ships
  • Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and additional fees

International Shipping Details

Customs & Duties:

Important: International customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties and import taxes
  • Customs processing fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by your country

We are not responsible for:

  • Customs delays
  • Seized or held packages
  • Refused deliveries due to customs fees

Customs Documentation:

  • We complete all required customs forms
  • Accurate product descriptions and values provided
  • Cannot mark packages as “gift” or undervalue items

Restricted Items:

  • Some products cannot ship internationally due to regulations
  • Restrictions vary by country
  • We’ll notify you if items cannot be shipped to your location

Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Domestic Orders:

  • Contact us immediately if package shows delivered but not received
  • We’ll contact the carrier
  • Replacement or refund issued after carrier investigation (typically 10 to 15 days)

International Orders:

  • Contact us within 20 days if package not received
  • Longer investigation periods due to international shipping
  • We’ll work with carrier to resolve

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Photograph any visible damage immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at contact@petzvibes.com
  • Include photos of damaged packaging and products
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund

Delivery Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect addresses provided by customer
  • Public holidays
  • Acts of God or force majeure events

If your order is delayed:

  • Check tracking information first
  • Contact carrier directly for updates
  • Email us if delay exceeds estimated delivery by 5+ business days

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refusal at Delivery:

  • If you refuse delivery, return shipping fees will be deducted from refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Restocking fees may apply (15-20%)

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address are subject to fees
  • You’ll be charged for return shipping and reshipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Provide correct address for reshipment

Multiple Items & Split Shipments

Same Order, Multiple Packages:

  • Large orders may ship in multiple packages
  • Each package has separate tracking number
  • All tracking numbers emailed to you
  • Items may arrive on different days

Backorders:

  • Out-of-stock items may be backordered
  • Available items ship immediately
  • Backorder items ship when restocked (no additional shipping charge)
  • You’ll be notified of backorder status

Special Shipping Notes

Large or Heavy Items:

  • Items over 50 lbs/23 kg may require freight shipping
  • Additional fees may apply
  • Longer delivery times possible
  • Special delivery arrangements may be necessary

Perishable Items:

  • Currently we do not ship perishable items
  • All pet food products are non-perishable (dry food, treats)

Hazardous Materials:

  • Products containing hazardous materials ship via ground only
  • Cannot be expedited or shipped internationally
  • May have shipping restrictions
